The PIVKey C990 is a swift, PKI-capable smart card featuring MIFARE DESFire EV1. Built on the NXP JCOP P60 SecID chip, this dual-interface card (contact/contactless) supports ISO 7816 and 14443 standards for reading and writing. It's compatible with various NFC readers, including USB and mobile phone readers. Ideal for enterprise applications like Windows PC Logon, RDP Logon, Microsoft CBA, web authentication, digital signatures, email/file encryption, and HTTPS/SSH authentication. The C990 card, ISO 7810/7816 compatible with PVC overlays, is blank and suitable for standard plastic card printers. It can be used on standard Windows PCs with the in-box PIV Driver, or with Mac/Linux using PIV-compatible middleware. Note: PIVKey does not support certificate loading on Linux or Mac.
