- The Arcos 2900 series fish knife 170 mm is a kitchen utensil that allows you to fillet sole or any type of meat and fish. Its blade is made of NITRUM, so it has a long, flexible and strong design.
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This sole knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Provides hygienic-sanitary control focused on European regulations. The union between the blade and the handle is permanent, due to the injection process.
- ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
